By accessing, browsing, or using the ss55 platform at ss55.club — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any authorised application — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the ss55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the ss55 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ss55 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the ss55 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data, odds, or content from the ss55 platform for any purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any ss55 software or application.

Any unauthorised use of ss55 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ss55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ss55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to the ss55 service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by ss55's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. ss55's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ss55 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its rights, intellectual property, or to prevent irreparable harm.

ss55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ss55 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the registered address on file. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

If you disagree with any amended terms, you should cease use of the ss55 platform and contact support to close your account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
